Great customer service and prices. Rick took his time to show us vehicles that were within our budget range and had all the bells and whistles. He allowed us to do an extended test drive and didn't pressure us at all. He genuinely took an interest in what kind of car would best suit my lifestyle and safety components that would help. Our experience was absolutely great! Josh was very perceptive and asked questions right off to make sure are needs were met. He even knew about some issues with my 2012 Traverse which surprised us. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Josh was fun to be around as well.

I had an excellent experience at Serra and always do. Micah helped me out and didn't rush me through the check-in process and was very thorough with me on my issues. The waiting area is large and very comfortable and the employees are friendly. Great experience and we will be back!
I overall loved my experience with Serra Chevrolet service department. I was not able to get there until later in the day for an oil change, but they were all very friendly and willing to squeeze me in before closing time. The only thing that I was a bit confused about is that usually when I bring my past cars to other dealerships service department I would get some type of a diagnostics sheet, that showed all the tire pressure levels and other car specific stuff.
