I had a great experience. Dropped the car off at my scheduled appointment time and received a text 45 mins later that my oil change and tire rotation was complete. My only con is that my windshield wiper fluid was not topped off. I'm still getting the low message so not exactly sure if this is included with oil changes at this dealership or someone didn't check that during the inspection.
Kim is a great asset to the GMC family. She knows my truck like her own and I feel confident that my vehicle will be serviced in the same manner. She saved me a bus trip to downtown because she knows the flow of the shop well enough to predict my truck would be in and out before I could make it to the bus station. I went in to the waiting lounge for a donut (from a local shop instead of a chain) and coffee for breakfast and by the time I finished my coffee, my truck was rolling around the corner just as she predicted. Having a service is not a chore with this group. It's just catching up with a familiar face and making sure your investment stays running smoothly for a long time.
Paul Campbell is hands down the best service advisor around!

My overall experience with Harvey has been great. He was very helpful in helping me decide on my 2014 GMC Terrain Denali and was just as helpful in helping me decide on my 2019 Terrain Denali. I've always believed he was more interested in truly helping people than in just selling you a car.
As always, I felt like I was the most important person in the service center! Kim and the rest of the service center crew are AWESOME!!!!
I would recommend anyone looking for a chevrolet to go to Serra Chevrolet. It was a great experience from the time I walked in the door. The staff was very friendly and I never felt pressured. It was a great pleasure doing business with Jim Shreves. He is very down to earth and really went out of his way to get me an awesome deal. He does an exceptional job!
