I was familiar with Tom Bannen because I have checked every dealership within 150 miles of my house. I am a dealers worst nightmare . I check for the right car with the minimum requirements I have , 1). The car must be exact color, 2). The size of wheelers and trim, 3). Interior must be black leather , 4). All available options for that vehicle, 5). The best financing , 6). Most of important of all a salesman that is knowledgeable and understands that I am here to meet my needs and not there sales requirements. I meet Sandier Calvert after viewing a car on Tom Bannen web sit. I called and asked if the car was there they said it was so two days later I went to see it. I meet Sandie at the used car section for the first time , I told him what car I was looking for Sandie told me that they just sold it the day before ( don't figure ha ) Then Sandie asked me to sit down with him and to see if he could a chance to find me my car. The next day I got a Email from Sandie stating he found me the car I was looking but he would have to have it delivered in about 4 days, I agreed. I was trying to stay warm when I received a call from Sandie telling me to drive down to see my car. Two hours later I drove in and there was Sandie , he said to follow him to the show room, I walked in and all I can say when words don't explain how you feel ! (. YES. ). It was better than I have thought. I bought it period.... I would thank everyone for there help on buying this car, but most of all I would like to thank Sandie Calvert for being the most honest and caring salesman, out of respect Sandie Calvert is not only a salesman but a new friend , and I would highly recommend Tom Bannen Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new or used car because of the caliber of personal they hire. I was in a bind and needed a vehicle asap. I remembered that my sister in law that lives in Hendersonville had bought a vehicle from Missy Bozeman, so I gave her a call. I told her my situation and told her what I needed and wanted. She called me back in about an hour and said, when can you be up here I have the perfect vehicle. I told her well, being as I'm in Atlanta, it will take me 3.5 hours, but I will be there before you close. Got to the dealership, she pointed to the car she picked out for me and I absolutely fell in love with it! I LOVE my 2013 Malibu. Everything went great! I was familiar with Tom Bannen because my parents had purchased several vehicles. When it came time for me, I looked Tom Bannen up (among others). Due to our living in Smyrna, we first approached a local dealership and received a disappointing, very high pressure 'bait and switch' tactic. Arriving home after that ordeal, I had received a pleasant email from Mike Gunn who 'laid all his cards on the table' with a quote and invitation to take a look. We took him up on it the next day. We were immediately impressed with the building, the inventory, the friendliness, and the professionalism. An interesting point, is that the building itself spoke of 'nothing to hide' with all the offices made of glass. There wasn't low pressure. There was NO PRESSURE. We worked with Melissa Bozeman, and Mike Gunn stopped multiple times to see if he could be of assistance. Melissa showed us the lot and we took a vehicle out for a test drive. We were satisfied with our choice and began the paperwork to purchase. While the paperwork was being processed, and my husband was about to put the final signature down, I spied a different vehicle on the lot and asked my husband to come see. The ink was not even dry when my husband asked Melissa if we could test drive the blue Equinox!!! With a simple look of amazement and a couple of blinks, Melissa said: "okay, let me get the keys." After the drive and my squeals of excitement, Melissa tore up the old paperwork (among many other processes she had to undo), and rewrote a contract for our new car!! My husband and I are not difficult people to satisfy, but a purchase of this magnitude (for us) had to be correct. Mike Gunn and Melissa Bozeman never once made us feel bad for the last second 'switch-a-roo' we pulled, and we are so very, very, very happy with our little girl who now sits safely in our garage. Thank you Tom Bannen for being the best!!! As an aside, that high pressure salesman from our first attempt has called MULTIPLE times in an effort to get our business back. To point out another difference, I believe that Tom Bannen would never resort to what I consider harassing phone calls with promises of 'rock bottom deals' and all the free chocolates I want. Ugh. Suffice to say, without the stereotypical 'used car salesman' experience, we would not have had the 'rock bottom deal' baseline with which to compare our outstanding experience with Tom Bannen, specifically Melissa ('Missy') and Mike. Thank you again for being the very best in your field, and without having to say so, I will: "We will refer everyone we know to Tom Bannen due to our wonderful experience, and, of course, due business with you again." I had the wonderful experience of a Gentleman backing into my car while I waited in line at McDonalds for a cup of coffee. His 6000 pound Dodge Ram “rammed” my Pontiac very well! He took out the left rear door and part of the driver’s door. I took it to Tom Bannen where they did the repair. It was an OUTSTANDING job. They even repaired another small imperfection at no charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is needing a repair. Keith Bodinger was the estimator and he was extremely polite, professional and easy to deal with.

While on a 10,000 mile motorhome vacation throughout Canada and the US, our towed vehicle - being driven on its own - was struck from behind by a large SUV while stopped at a yield sign in North Carolina. The rear end was badly damaged and, while the car was drivable (parts held together by Gorilla duct tape!), we were thousands of miles from home and only half-way through the trip. We were scheduled to stay in the Nashville, Tennessee area and the other driver's insurance, Nationwide, advised we could have an appraisal done at Tom Bannen Chevrolet as that facility is recommended by Nationwide and was near our campground. KEITH BOBINGER was the Tom Bannen employee assigned to the job. We cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Bobinger's superb service. Time was a major issue as we needed to be in Phoenix, Arizona on a particular day and Keith respected that need and enabled us to meet it, phoning us on a daily basis to advise of progress. Keith insured that the repair, though extensive, was done not only speedily but with great care and attention to detail, and the finished work more than satisfied us. Mr. Bobinger is a perfectionist in the best sence of the term: he made certain the repair was done to his own exacting standards, and it was. While certainly not a cynic, I am always surprised when something is done as advertised and wanted, and KEITH BOBINGER more than met our hopes and needs. He is a credit to Tom Bannen Body Shop and needs to be singled out for his superb and professional performance. Please advise us that you have appropriately acknowledged this fine employee.
