Goodlettsville, TN | 2024 Chevrolet ColoradoAugust 18, 2025The service on this date was oil change and tire rotation. That went well. But the tow package install had to be rescheduled. Dealership had me drive to Just Trucks for the tow package. They installed the hitch and electrical. The electrical connection ended up being a 4pin that was zip tied to hitch. Lady at counter said for some reason that is the only one made for my make and model according to the guys in the shop. When I seen it I came back in and the shop guys came running out and said we will take care of it. They had factory type plug installed in minutes. They tried to screw me over for some reason. Also when I left I turned on hvac to max and could smell marijuana come out the vents. I and the company I work for will find another place for installation.Response from Serra Chevrolet Buick GMC
